Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of UNUSED merchandise within 30 days of delivery except for clearance items which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment minus original shipping charges. 

You MUST obtain return authorization code via emailing email@luxdeville.com. Returned items can be refunded with a gift certificate for the value of the product that you're sending back or issue a refund to the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.


Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, it may take up to 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card account. Usual turn around time is 1 - 2 weeks from time shipped to when a refund is issued. 

PLEASE NOTE: SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on sale/clearance items.

Lux de Ville warranties against manufacturer's defects. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR DOES NOT QUALIFY. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing email@luxdeville.com.

Lux de Ville merchandise purchased from other retailers, including vendors, must be returned to the store/vendor from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then email customer service at email@luxdeville.com to get a return authorization code to send back any UNUSED item that must still have original tags attached. All returns will be dealt with as our policy stated above.
