Return Policy

  • We must have information from your original invoice. Please hang onto that baby!
  • You must obtain a return authorization number from Lux de Ville before returning merchandise.

  • When exchanging, you will be charged for the new selection of merchandise and then credited for the return merchandise after we receive it.
  • We do not reimburse for the original shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • PLEASE!!!!! Do not send back used and abused items and expect us to exchange or return them for something new… it just belittles us both and creates bad karma.
  • Returns and exchanges may take 2 to 3 weeks to process, depending on availability.
  • If you live outside the United States, we cannot reimburse you for original shipping charges or send a return shipping label. We encourage you to use any shipping method that has a tracking system to avoid lost merchandise.
  • Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the customs office in your country, once the product has been exchanged and reshipped to you. Lux de Ville will not assume responsibility for these fees nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.

  • What is the reason for the return or exchange?
  • What is the name(s) of the item(s) and what is their item number(s) (located on your invoice)?
  • If exchanging, what item(s)do you want in exchange?
  • What is the name on the invoice?

What If I Have A Defective Item?

Please have the following list of questions, along with your original receipt(dated within the last 90 days), handy when you contact us. If you live in the United States, you can contact us by phone (562) 989-5777 or email us at email@luxdeville.com.

  • Where and when was the item purchased?
  • What is the defect?
  • What is the name(s) of the item(s)?
  • You must obtain a return authorization number from Lux de Ville before returning merchandise.
  • Defective bags will be evaluated by the company and determined to be either defective or wear and tear. This may take 2 to 3 weeks to process, depending on availability.We will either be sending a replacement for your defective item(s) or if determined to be wear and tear, your original item(s) will be returned to you.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges of the items to us and we will cover the return shipping costs. We encourage you to use any shipping method that has a tracking system to avoid lost merchandise.
