I received my handbag with the material on the straps coming apart right out of the box while it's still in it's packaging. I took photos of it immediately and sent it to customer service on arrival of my purse. I have not received a single word from customer service after two weeks only this survey. They have two emails listed and I sent it to both [****] and [****] I also called their phone number listed the same day and no answer. All four straps have pieces of material that are coming apart right out of the box while still in packaging and this is an expensive purse and pretty but it's defective. This is very disappointing since it was a birthday splurge gift to myself and I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service. I would like to talk to customer service about the defective purse and find a remedy.
