Beautiful purse but arrived damaged

I was so excited to get this purse and not only were there issues with the shipment but when it finally arrived the purse had a big cut on the front purple sparkly vinyl. I tried to reach out to see if I could exchange it but got 1 response back and never heard anything back. The purse is still beautiful but im very disappointed in the overall experience.
