Black and Royal Blue Sparkle Evie Tote

I purchased the Evie tote bag on 12/12/25, but when my package arrived it contained a completely different bag. I contacted customer service and was told the correct tote would be sent out Monday 12/22/25, but that was over a week ago and I still haven’t received anything. Since then, my communication thread with customer service has since stopped. I’m really disappointed. 😔 I’ve been a loyal Lux customer since high school (now in my mid-30s) and have never experienced an issue like this. Unfortunately, this situation makes me reconsider continuing to support this brand.

Just received today and was not disappointed. This is my fourth Lux purchase and I love it. Extremely roomy and fits all my belongings with lots of room to spare! Already got a compliment and I’ve had it for 2 hours!

I REALLY want to love these... i bought these 2 bags, royal blue glitter ... its such a beautiful color. The thing that I DONT love is
1. No kiss lock option
2..bag size/legnth and width are not great. These bags are 2 diff shapes, and neither is big enough for the purposes I need. I wish the colors and exterior bag design were avail in ALL sizes
3. Royal blue, light blue, teal, gold, red and pink (incl hot/neon pink) glitter should be LDVs staple colors that are avail in all sizes

The color is spectacular and it’s a great quality. It is large enough for me plus still has some room left over. This bag has gotten a lot of compliments in the short time I have had it.
