Comes as pictured

No issues, but this is the 2nd or 3rd bag that I’ve purchased for my girlfriend that has arrived with a destroyed box. I know FED EX is known for this but I’d suggest doing a double box to ensure the contents protection in shipping.

Super fast shipping! The tote is the perfect size, very well made, I examined the whole bag before throwing my things in it and everything was perfect. Today one side of the zipper closure came undone and I thought it was broken but the zipper is like a hoodie zipper, I just had to slip the other side back in and it was fine. Love this idea for a bag. Second purchasing from this company and was very satisfied last time as well. Thank you for doing a great job!
