I will definitely be purchasing again. I am so happy to have come across this brand. The bags are luxurious yet affordable and the customer service is great. I was not expecting a gift and they surprised me with a free purse. I’m a customer for life. Will be buying again soon for myself and to give as gifts to the special people in my life :)

Missing bobble and chain
I love your products and I am usually nothing but happy but the black roulette tote that that I bought was missing the bobble and chain that is supposed to attach to the outside of the bag was not included in addition to that the chains of the straps were not attached and have already broke which makes me super sad
