First off, let me start by saying I love the style of the products that you sell. They are really great! And just have such an awesome aesthetic. However, I am disappointed with the shipping experience. Despite paying $35 for priority shipping, the item took about 11 days to get to me. It was a gift for my fiancé for her birthday. Unfortunately the order arrived after her birthday. Your site states orders ship within 1–2 business days, but mine took four days to just have the label printed and didn’t get dropped off to the post office until that following week, without any notice of delays.
I had to reach out to the shop before I was provided with an update. I think in the future, if there is an event that could affect shipping times, it would be great if that was listed on the website just so that customers can expect delayed times. Other than that, the bag was a hit!
