Black Matte Glampira Tote

Absolutely love these handbags been buying them for years for a very long time. I never had any problems with any of them. I buy them as gifts for my friends and they're great well this last batch that I got both of the handles are starting the fray and come on done, and I don't care a whole lot of stuff in my purse, and the straps are already unraveling and tearing at the seams. It sucks.

I received tons of compliments the first day I used it! So glam and gorgeous!

The bag itself is gorgeous no issues but the skull charm came broken. I wrote customer service asked for a replacement. They agreed but never sent it. Pretty disappointed about that.
