Tainted Love Tiny Tote - Venus Green Start

I love the design on the purse, the color is gorgeous and the materials are good quality. The downside is the shoulder strap, it is too long, at least for me it is. I’m 5’3 , I placed the buckle on the shortest hole on the strap and the bag hangs below my knee. I hate how low it sits & the there is no loop strap to hold down the remaining strap so it sticks out , the metal chain that attaches is cute and all but it’s meant to be handheld only.
I was disappointed, I have not used it since I bought it and it’s been sitting in the delivery box in came in.
