This bag looked so great on site, but when I got it the flower looked terrible, like it had been sitting in a hot window for months. It was squished and not able to be made into a round shape. Also petals hanging off. It's only held onto bag by a safety pin so it wouldn't look perky. When I decided I was too disappointed in the whole thing and wanted to return it the person at Lux told me because I removed the tags from my bag she couldn't approve it being returned. It was insulting, and also, I don't see this written anywhere on site. We argued. She relented. Bags here look great, but after my experience I am sort of wary of ordering again. That's $35 in shipping I'll never get back.
